I had an FNA on the largest nodule, which was solid and cold, and the result was benign. My doctor didn't elaborate, but I'm concerned about the possibility of malignancy despite the benign result. I also have elevated white blood count, neutrophils, and CRP levels. My questions are: 1. Can you explain the FNA report in more detail? 2. Could I have Hashimoto's disease? 3. Is there a risk of malignancy despite the benign FNA result? 4. Should I consider a thyroidectomy based on the nodule sizes and symptoms?

I have a swollen and painful big toe joint on my right foot. The pain is acute and located closer to the bottom of my feet. I was wearing flats with plenty of toe room and walked for about 40 minutes. I usually wear sneakers and have a healthy lifestyle with low sugar and meat in my diet.
