I have been on antibiotics for 4 months and just stopped, but the pain in my right kidney is returning. I have MS and my neurologist wants me to self-catheterize 6 times a day to empty my bladder, which isn't working. What should I do?

I have been visiting my family doctor for 4 months due to heart palpitations, a fast heartbeat, and recently diagnosed as diabetic with high bad cholesterol. I have also been experiencing jaw soreness and muscle tears in my jaw, despite no known injury, and now my legs are starting to bruise. I am getting tired of going back and forth to my doctor. What do you think?
