I am a 64-year-old male living in Jamaica for 3 years. Since late January, I have experienced constant muscle and joint soreness, weakness in arms and shoulders, and swelling in hands and toes. I was using Advil ibuprofen and then Celebrax for a short period, which seemed to help. A neurologist suspects either RF negative rheumatoid arthritis or polymyalgia rheumatica. My symptoms include constant, dull, and aching pain, stiffness in both shoulders, and swelling and stiffness in hands and wrists, especially in the mornings. What could be the cause of these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

If my WBC count is 8.8, will I produce HIV antibodies? Is the rash I have, which gets red then fades, an HIV rash? What does an HIV rash typically look like, and does it come and go? Could I have untreated HIV for 7 years and still be alive? Does my rash look like yeast or bacterial debris, and would taking Benadryl or smoking affect it?

I’m a female teenager who has been trying to gain weight for years. I’m currently 126 pounds, 5’3”, and 18 years old, aiming to reach 145-150 pounds. I want to achieve a specific body image with bigger thighs, calves, a bigger butt, toned arms, and a semi-flat stomach. I’ve tried weight gain supplements without much success and have a slight eating disorder due to depression, making it hard to eat full meals more than once a day.
