I am Sebastian. In the morning, when I get up and go to the bathroom, I sometimes see blood when I spit. This happens occasionally. I recently had salmonella or food poisoning and spent 4 days in the hospital. Since then, I don't like greasy foods and sometimes vomit in the morning. What could be causing the blood in my spit and how can I address it?

I have a few questions regarding fatty liver and medications. My doctor prescribed Tricor to lower my triglycerides and help my liver, but it makes me tired and hurts my stomach. I've stopped eating desserts, drinking soda, and limiting simple carbohydrates. I'm also taking Vesicare, Sertraline, Advair, and Protonix. My vitamin D is insufficient, and I'm taking calcium and 2000 units of vitamin D until my levels are up. Could any of these medicines contribute to fatty liver? Also, my TSH is fine, but I have symptoms that seem to be a thyroid problem. Is there a way to see if there is a subclinical thyroid problem? I'm overweight, 5'2" and 168 lbs. I have been experiencing chronic pelvic pain due to pudendal neuralgia for 6 years, exacerbated by a recent Bartholin cyst. I have had CT-guided pudendal blocks, which provide temporary relief. Additionally, I have had a chronic yeast infection since February and a thrombosed hemorrhoid in May. I am currently on Neurontin, Elavil, and Cymbalta for pain management. What further steps can be taken for managing this pain and the recurring infections?
