I have had a painless white coated tongue for over a year now. I often feel dehydrated and have a cotton mouth sensation, which temporarily improves when I eat or drink water. I am 23 and have been a smoker for the last 3-3.5 years. There have been no other symptoms, but I am worried due to this. I haven't tried anything to improve oral hygiene since.
