I'm taking 600 mg of gabapentin for jaw pain and 150 mg of venlafaxine for anxiety and depression. Is this safe? I take the gabapentin at 9:30-10:00 pm and the venlafaxine at 10:30-11:00 pm. I'm concerned about potential side effects and interactions, especially since I have severe tinnitus, which is partly why I'm taking the venlafaxine.

I am experiencing morning stomach upset and lower back pain, especially when walking. I have nausea in the mornings and after eating, but it improves in the evenings. I also have diarrhea in the mornings. My abdomen does not feel tender, but it makes me feel nauseous when pressed on.
