I have had a bad headache for a few days, a stuffy/dripping nose, and I throw up when I try to eat, also vomiting mucus. My COVID test came back negative, but I have been taking Mucinex without feeling better. The headache is throbbing and localized towards the front of my head. I am 24 years old and have no other significant medical history. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to feel better?

Are you currently using any medications? Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?

I am a 24-year-old female with COVID-19, on Paxlovid, and experiencing severe medical anxiety. I had a brief episode of shortness of breath, but my peak flow and oxygen levels are good. I also have mild nose congestion and tiredness. I worry about dangerous COVID symptoms and if the shortness of breath was due to anxiety. Additionally, I have mild allergy-induced asthma and am concerned about chest tightness and muscle soreness, especially after physical activity. Are these symptoms related to COVID or just anxiety?
