I have had burning sensations in different parts of my body (specifically hands but can change throughout the day to arms and legs), hotness in my head, strong headaches at times, and fatigue. I do not have a fever nor am I COVID-19 positive (I’ve tested 3 times to negative tests between when the symptoms started and yesterday). Can it be a virus other than COVID-19?

I'm preparing for a colonoscopy. I've taken my 18 doses of miralax and my 4 dulcolax tablets. My stool is dark yellow and contains blood. Do I still take the 10 ounce bottle of magnesium citrate or not? Also, would this be cause to go to the ER?
