I suffer from panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). When I go periods with no panic or anxiety and then they pop up again, it seems worse. I need reassurance that my symptoms are definitely anxiety. What are my symptoms, and should I be concerned about them?

I'm 9 and a half weeks pregnant and last night I felt a little wet and when I went to the bathroom to check, there was a big clump of discharge that looked like phlegm and a very tiny part that had a pinkish color.
