I suffer from panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). When I go periods with no panic or anxiety and then they pop up again, it seems worse. I need reassurance that my symptoms are definitely anxiety. What are my symptoms, and should I be concerned about them?

I'm 9 and a half weeks pregnant and last night I felt a little wet and when I went to the bathroom to check, there was a big clump of discharge that looked like phlegm and a very tiny part that had a pinkish color. I've been freaking out ever since last night. I still have some discharge now but it's just a little bit of clear discharge. Could this be from the antibiotics I finished for a UTI on Friday, or is there something wrong?

I took a last hit of crack on early morning May 10th. I have a drug test on Monday, May 15th. Will it be out of my system by then? I occasionally use crack and used about 2 grams on Tuesday, May 9th. Will drinking additional water help?
