I'm concerned about potential side effects and interactions, especially since I have severe tinnitus, which is partly why I'm taking the venlafaxine.

I also have diarrhea in the mornings. My abdomen does not feel tender, but it makes me feel nauseous when pressed on. Could this be related to IBS or diverticulitis, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms before I fly on Wednesday?
