My brother, age 62, has stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has spread to his lung and bone. He recently completed 6 rounds of chemo, and is now on his second round. During his off week from chemo, he is experiencing intense coldness and shaking, which he cannot control. Is it safe to assume this is a chemo side effect, or could it be a sign of something more serious?

My 5-year-old daughter has had a persistent cough for 5 weeks, which has worsened. It started with cold symptoms and now includes a barking, wet cough with chest congestion. She has a build-up of fluid in her nasal area, and her cough is accompanied by bronchial irritation. No medicine seems to help, and she has been drinking plenty of fluids. What could be causing this and what can be done to help her?

I have been struggling with high blood pressure for some time. Recently, my blood pressure has been averaging 135/83 due to high stress levels from a new job. I have lost 20 pounds and started eating healthier, including homemade fruit shakes for breakfast. I want to start working out to get healthier, but I'm afraid it might increase my blood pressure to dangerous levels. Can I start running or biking?
