My boyfriend recently experienced a metallic/battery taste on my clitoris during oral sex, while my actual vagina does not have this taste. I am 24 years old, and this concern started about a week ago. I am not experiencing any abnormal discharge, itching, swelling, or soreness, and my last pap smear came back positive for HPV. I have been taking dietary supplements, birth control, a women's multivitamin, fiber, and a hair growth supplement, and I recently stopped taking AZO dual protection probiotic and prebiotic. I also took one boric acid vaginal suppository over a month ago. My last period ended on September 18. What could be causing this metallic taste, and is there anything I can do to lessen it?

I noticed a small bluish dot on my labia that looks like a tiny blood blister. It appeared suddenly and was not there the other day. I am 40 years old, healthy, and shave regularly. I had intercourse with my husband yesterday and noticed the dot last night. I am concerned about what it could be and if it could be related to shaving or intercourse.

I was at the doctor today with a suspected UTI. I went into the bathroom to give a urine sample. I am anxious about public restrooms, so I checked thoroughly and the bathroom was clean. I put the sample in a cup and was cleaning up when I saw something in the toilet and touched it to see what it was, realizing it was a blood clot. I am nearly certain this came from me due to some bleeding. If this was from someone else and I touched it, is there any risk of HIV exposure? I have dental work and a steroid shot for hip arthritis in the coming weeks and need to be sure I am not exposing anyone to anything.
