I have had an IUD for the last 4 years and, other than some light spotting, I haven’t had my period during that time. Weeks ago, I started feeling tired and have been gaining weight (even though I have been closely watching what I eat). This week I started getting nauseous and occasionally vomiting in the morning and my lower abdomen has started to bloat, making my clothes not fit. I took a urine pregnancy test and it’s negative. What else could be going on and causing these symptoms?

I am 77 years old and discovered a large, pea-sized, round, solid lump on the outside of my vaginal area, just to the right of my vaginal opening. The lump has been present for a couple of months and seems to have grown larger. It is smooth, solid, and not painful or itchy. I'm concerned about symptoms affecting my vagina, including discharge, swelling, and pain during urination. I'm 25 years old, have been using June Fe birth control daily, and recently ended my period. I haven't shaved or had sexual activity in the past two weeks, and I'm noticing abnormal white discharge that is more mucousy-like with no change in odor. I took a diflucan yesterday but it doesn't seem to be helping. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to treat them?
