I recently got the Nexplanon implant in my arm about a month ago and it has started itching recently. It doesn't hurt, but it's a little sore when touched. Is this normal?

I went to the doctor for a yeast infection after being on a strong antibiotic. I'm not sure if it's a yeast infection. Can a yeast infection affect both the vagina and the urethra? What causes blood-filled knots around the vagina that burst in 2 to 3 days of appearing, are deep purple, very tender, and only bleed when they burst? The knots appear a couple of times a year, are about half an inch in size, and have been occurring for a few years. The patient is 62 years old, a widow, has had a complete hysterectomy in 1989, and has a history of PTSD, mild depression, and fibromyalgia. They take Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, and a multivitamin daily. They are not sexually active and are not on any blood thinners.
