I took the Depo-Provera shot in September and my 3 months is over on the 23rd of this month. I want to switch back to birth control pills but I don't know when I should start them. Additionally, I have not had a period since September when I had my first Depo-Provera shot, and I am planning to conceive in June. Are there any tips to prepare for that, and what does it mean if my nipples are sore and I have a sharp pain in my lower back when I breathe in hard?

I am experiencing discomfort around the stitches, which feels like a new bruise, itchy, and slightly painful frequently. I am 25 years old and not using any medications. I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly started bleeding bright red blood. The bleeding started about 10 minutes ago and is quite heavy, soaking through my clothes, but I have no cramps or clots. I'm not on any medications, but I did have an iron infusion 8 weeks ago due to extremely low iron levels, and I walk around 8km a day. Could this bleeding be related to the iron infusion, and what should I do?
