It’s been 5 days since I had unprotected sex multiple times in one night, he pulled out each time we had sex, and I feel nauseous. I took Plan B on the 2nd of April and I really just want to make sure I’m not pregnant. I had an abortion about 3 weeks ago. Could it be a hormone imbalance?

I am 43 years old and have been bleeding with my period for almost 3 weeks now. In the past 3 days, I have been very fatigued and dizzy to the point that I fainted yesterday. I have also had a sudden change in my stool from dark brown solid to light yellow light brown soft.
