I need help with billing issues, specifically two charges from Apple that I can't identify. When I try to contact Apple directly, it leads me to JustAnswer. How can I find out what these charges are and resolve this issue?

I downloaded the app JustAnswer. Now what should I do? I see you need a domain name. What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer? I have a macOS Sierra 10.12.4, purchased in 2013. What troubleshooting have you tried? Is there anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

I have been experiencing an issue with no signal to one of our TVs, and after discussing this with Dill Raja, no solution was provided. Dill referred me back to our supplier, Xfinity, who initially referred me to Just Answer. What model is your Xfinity router, and what steps have you tried so far?

I paid for the entire season of Yellowstone on Amazon Prime, but I've only been able to watch trailers and still had to pay for the episodes that came out. New episodes aren't available to me, and I don't see the same menu as you. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged $46 for an unresolved email exchange with JustAnswer. How can this be resolved?

On Friday, someone hacked my computer and I canceled my Yahoo account on Saturday. I switched to another site, but today, when I tried to get on my computer, Yahoo came up and someone had used my email to set up my account under a new address. Avira notified me of suspicious files, and several have been set up. I can get into my Yahoo email account, but the hacker has put a new account address and is still logging in to sites even though I canceled Yahoo on Saturday. I need to know how to get out of the system. I have tried on JustAnswer two other times today, and each time, you have asked for my credit card, but I have not gotten an answer. They said I had an answer by text, but I didn't get one. I don't want to pay each time. Please help.

In October, I was notified on my smartphone that I was out of data. Does having 7K+ emails and using Facebook consume data? How many times was I charged the $15 overage fee? Additionally, I connected my iPhone to Wi-Fi with my computer at home. Is this sufficient, or do I need to sign up for unlimited data? Also, how do I cancel my JustAnswer account?
